Pretty uncommon. It's not out of the question... but I don't think there's much interest in it, or somebody'd be going already.

Money, mostly. The fact we haven't worked much on leaving the ground's probably got something to do with the higher-ups not thinking there's much in it for them, in return for their investment.

Mostly of conquests on land. There has been no time that I know of where nations weren't squabbling over territory.
It seems foolish to let it spread even further.
