Wonder if there's a reason for that. The first time it was two, it was two afflicted people. Then the weeks after, it was two self-defense cases, but with the intense still being two dead people. Do you think whatever this thing is just isn't powerful enough to go higher?
It depends on how it was created, I think. There are ways to engineer bioweapons in a way that could allow something like that. But there's even less proof that something like that's involved here.

Mizuki told me when she went to the church and looked around earlier in the week, she saw the pink haze and then the flesh.
Oh, speaking of notes. Figured out what was going on with the weird one I got. Dahut said a rat might've sent it? Told me he'd had to double up so he sent the message he had for me to Temenos.
Don't know what that was, though, Temenos hasn't said anything.
