N Corp's Inquisitors are more the extremist kind. They say they believe in pure humanity or something, and think anybody with mechanical prosthetics doesn't count as human anymore. When we ran into 'em... they were busy wiping out a whole town of 'heretics'.

Well. The clerics of the Sacred Flame are healers. To reject someone for finding the capability to continue functioning after drastic bodily damage is astoundingly cruel. To eliminate lives is the very moral opposite of what the Order does.

We got rid of that whole branch of 'em, at least. Nagel und Hammer probably still exists inside the Corp, but we definitely got one of their higher-ups, if not the one running it, so... she and her crew aren't gonna be nailing down anybody else.
