Yeah...[ he had been hoping he hadn't, but there's a faint wince at the realization. ] She's good at bouncing back after stuff, but that one was hard to watch for all of us. Her especially. So be sure to spend lots of time with her today, okay?
We got back alive. That's all that mattered with that. [ but yeah that wasn't great. ] Don't apologize for that. The...we always knew the affliction could affect anybody. None of us were safe in the end.
Well we were on a different planet so that makes sense. But...yeah. At least we're all better? [ he is still covered in healing acid burns, bruises and cuts and missing an eye. but better. ]
Thanks. [ :) ] The last couple of days have been...really, really hectic making sure things went according to plan. And now that they have there's a little bit of breathing room.
Yeah. Artemy told me about it-- said they were going to be working on getting rid of those. That they figured it might have something to do with why they all passed out, and everything else going on with them.
That was the assumption I was working off of, too. It seems like they're all in the recovery phase now at least. One less thing to worry about and one less way this ship can control them.

Yeah. There was a back-up option if that didn't work, but luckily she agreed pretty easily once she was asked.

I figured, but I had to ask, y'know? We were all surprised to see her there.

I'm not sure any of us really had an option. It was something that needed to be done, and the others were still healing, right?
