I don't know if people really put thought into these things, considering someone tied Isabel and Owner together while one of them was a worm. [ dry. ] ...if anything, it might've been better it was the two of you since you could talk it through and make it not weird.

Yeah. I was...pretty mad at the time, but Charles told me the person who did it had no idea we were even gone. I can kind of see the point, but it was still bad at the time.
He's diplomatic that way. [ fond. ] Sometimes I wish he'd let himself be a little more mad but I think he knows he doesn't want to be. Plus we already have a lot of other reasons to be mad on this ship anyway.
He's levelheaded so he might, but I've been making it a point to check on him every weekend at least once or twice anyway. He's been losing a lot of friends lately, too. The most we can do at this point is...you know. The whole "support each other" thing. Even if we're not all great at it.
